Job Description:

Job Summary
We are looking for a  hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement professional  who can design, build, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Marketing Cloud modules and the ability to work closely with marketing, CRM, and data teams to deliver personalized customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and execute  end-to-end marketing campaigns  using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement
Configure and manage  Journey Builder ,  Email Studio ,  Automation Studio ,  Contact Builder , and  Mobile Studio
Develop dynamic, personalized email and mobile campaigns using  AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL
Create and manage  data extensions , filtered data sets, and synchronized data from Salesforce CRM
Build and optimize  customer journeys , triggered communications, and automated workflows
Perform  A/B testing , audience segmentation, and campaign performance optimization
Integrate Marketing Cloud with  Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud  and third-party systems
Ensure compliance with  data privacy, consent management, and deliverability best practices
Troubleshoot campaign, automation, and data issues independently
Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams

Required

Skills & Qualifications
Strong  hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement
Expertise in:
Journey Builder
Email Studio
Automation Studio
Contact Builder
Proficiency in  AMPscript ,  SQL , and  Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)

Experience with  API integrations , triggered sends, and data synchronization
Solid understanding of  subscriber management, data modeling, and segmentation

Experience with  campaign analytics and reporting
Ability to work independently and own deliverables end-to-end

Good to Have
Salesforce Marketing Cloud  certification(s)

Experience with  Mobile Studio / Whats App / Push Notifications
Knowledge of  Salesforce Data Cloud
Exposure to  Einstein features  (Engagement Scoring, Send Time Optimization)
Prior experience in  B2C or large-scale campaign environments
