Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in system administration and be comfortable working in complete US shifts. Strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain servers, systems, and network infrastructure
Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Provide technical support to internal teams and end users
Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks
Maintain documentation of configurations and processes
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a System Administrator or similar role
Good understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems
Basic knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN)

Experience with system monitoring tools
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to work complete US shifts
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365
Basic scripting knowledge (Power Shell/Shell scripting)
