Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Webflow Website Designer to join our team in Coimbatore. This Full-Time position is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience in web design. The role primarily involves designing user-friendly, visually appealing websites using Webflow. By blending technical skills with design excellence, you will contribute to elevating our suite of educational software offerings.

Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in Webflow for designing responsive, interactive web experiences (Mandatory skill).

Experience with Figma for creating wireframes and high-fidelity mockups (Mandatory skill).
Proficient in Wire framing practices to layout content and functionality of web pages (Mandatory skill).
Solid understanding of responsive design principles for optimal cross-device usability.
Strong UI design skills with an emphasis on smartphone and tablet interfaces.
Knowledge of typography to ensure readability, legibility, and effective design communication.
Understanding of color theory to create visually appealing and effective web designs.
Excellent visual communication skills to convey ideas and encourage engagement through design.

Roles and Responsibilities
Design and develop innovative web pages using Webflow to meet client requirements.
Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
Implement responsive design principles to guarantee site accessibility on various devices.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into designs.
Participate in usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and research data.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless transitions from design to deployment.
Continuously review and improve existing designs to enhance user experience and engagement.
