Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Meta & Google Ads Expert who can independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid ad campaigns for coaching, financial, and education brands.
This is a performance-focused role. ROI matters.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns

· Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube)

· Set up full-funnel strategy (TOFU–MOFU–BOFU)

· Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, and ROAS

· A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages

· Daily monitoring & budget allocation

· Track performance using Ads Manager, GA4, Pixel, GTM

· Provide weekly performance reports

· Work closely with creative & sales team
Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager

· Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search & You Tube mandatory)

· Understanding of conversion tracking & pixels

· Funnel strategy understanding

· Budget handling experience (₹1L+ monthly ad spend preferred)

· Analytical mindset
