Position: Regional Language YouTube Growth Manager (Hindi)
Dear Candidate,
We are looking for a  You Tube Growth Manager – Hindi Content  to drive audience growth, engagement, and reach for Hindi-language digital platforms across You Tube and social media. The role will focus on content strategy, channel growth, campaign execution, and performance optimization tailored for Hindi-speaking audiences across India. The individual will lead execution through the regional language social media team, leveraging analytics, audience insights, and platform trends to scale impact and subscriber growth.
We are looking for a social media & Growth Manager to expand the reach to millions of Indian language speakers across India. You will lead the content strategy, digital execution, and a dedicated team to deliver insightful, high-impact content that resonates with the Indian people in different languages. Each Indian languages do have their social media manager, you will be leading that team, plan a strategy, and get it executed through the team

Job Responsibilities
Strategy:
Define and execute a growth roadmap for top Sadhguru Indian-language channels across You Tube, Instagram, Facebook, Whats App, and emerging regional-language-centric platforms.
Content Ownership:
Own the content calendar (Long-form, Shorts/Reels, Stories) specifically tailored for native-language-speaking demographics.
Packaging:
Guide scripting, titling, and thumbnail design to maximize CTR, retention, and shares.
Campaigns:
Plan digital campaigns for events and initiatives; explore collaborations with aligned regional creators/influencers.
Analytics:
Use You Tube Studio and Meta analytics to perform A/B testing and continuously improve performance metrics.
Leadership:
Lead a team of different language page platform managers, fostering a culture of
accountability and experimentation.

Skills/Competencies

Required:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media/digital marketing, specifically targeting different Indian language-speaking audiences.
Proven track record of scaling You Tube channels or social media handles.
Deep understanding of Indian cultural nuances, audience preferences, and trends.
Proficiency in You Tube Studio, Meta tools, and data-driven decision-making.
