About the Role
Dare On is expanding its digital accessibility division! We are seeking experienced, detail-oriented PDF Accessibility Specialists and Quality Controllers (QC) to execute high-impact PDF Remediation projects. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring digital content meets global compliance standards, making documents universally usable for everyone.  Only WFO ( Work from Office)

Responsibilities
Perform advanced PDF tagging, document structuring, and logical reading order correction.
Create descriptive, accurate Alt-text for complex images, charts, and tables.
Remediate interactive elements, including accessible tables, forms, bookmarks, and links.
Use Adobe Acrobat Pro and PAC tools to test, validate.
(For QC Role) Execute rigorous quality audits to ensure zero-defect delivery.

What We Look For
Direct experience in PDF Accessibility / Remediation workflows.
Strong baseline knowledge of WCAG and PDF/UA standards.
Sharp attention to detail with the ability to spot structural errors quickly.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
Prior experience in an accessibility QA/QC role is a major plus.
