We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA professional with a strong Product Management mindset to join our product-based company. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end QA delivery management, sprint planning, automation testing, and product ownership while leading QA initiatives across the software development lifecycle.
This role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership skills, and product thinking to ensure high-quality product releases and seamless user experience.

Experience 3 – 6+ Years

Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end QA delivery management for product releases.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog discussions, estimations, and release planning.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business teams.
Own product quality across the complete SDLC, STLC, and PDLC lifecycle.
Prepare test plans, test cases, and execute testing activities.
Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium or Playwright.
Perform API testing using Postman.
Manage CI/CD testing workflows using Jenkins.
Track, report, and coordinate defect resolution.
Lead QA activities and mentor team members.
Ensure timely and high-quality product deliveries.
Continuously improve testing processes and QA standards.
Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter will be an added advantage.

Required Skills:

Mandatory

Skills:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering or related field.
Strong experience in Selenium or Playwright.
Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing.

Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD workflows.
Strong leadership and team handling skills.
Product ownership and sprint planning experience.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred

Skills:

Experience working in a product-based company.
Knowledge of automation framework design.
Familiarity with Git/version control systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
