We are looking for a passionate Performance Marketing Executive to drive online sales and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
Drive qualified leads, website traffic, and sales conversions.
Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS.
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies.
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of conversion-focused marketing and sales funnels.

Experience with Pixel setup, conversion tracking, and remarketing campaigns.
Knowledge of Google Analytics and performance reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic SEO and landing page optimization knowledge.
Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing Certifications.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Ads.
