Roles & Responsibilities :
Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects.
Plan, track, and monitor project activities and timelines.
Coordinate with development, testing, and business teams.
Manage project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management.
Support project transitions and business adoption activities.
Work closely with onsite and offshore teams.
Resolve project escalations and delivery challenges.
Ensure quality standards and project governance are followed.
Experience

Required:

10-14 years of overall IT experience.
8-10 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management.
Experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of Java-based applications and integrations.
Experience working in Agile environments.

Experience with project planning, tracking, and delivery management.
Strong stakeholder, risk, and team management skills.
Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
Cloud project exposure is a plus.
Good communication and leadership skills.
