Job Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and hardware issues.

Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, and software.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks.

Support routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.

Configure and maintain servers, NAS, and storage devices.

Assist in firewall installation and basic configuration.

Install and maintain printers, scanners, and peripherals.

Perform preventive maintenance for AMC customers.

Visit customer locations for onsite service and support.

Document service reports and maintain job completion records.

Provide excellent customer support and technical guidance.

Required Skills

Desktop & Laptop Hardware Troubleshooting

Windows Installation & Software Support

Printer Installation & Troubleshooting

Networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)

Basic Server Administration

Basic Firewall Knowledge

Good Communication Skills

Willingness to Travel for Onsite Support

Two-wheeler with valid driving licence is preferred (not mandatory)

Eligibility

Diploma / BE /

B.Tech /

B.Sc (Computer Science, IT, ECE) or equivalent

Freshers are welcome

Experienced candidates preferred
