Position: Senior / Lead Business Analyst
We are seeking a  Senior / Lead Business Analyst  to drive the analysis and documentation of business requirements for P&C underwriting solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards while leading agile teams and managing senior stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities
Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for P&C underwriting solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards
Act as Scrum Master for agile teams, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments and driving continuous improvement
Engage and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders, understanding their strategic goals and translating them into actionable requirements
Gather, analyze and prioritize requirements from multiple cross-functional streams, ensuring comprehensive coverage and traceability
Validate that all business and technical requirements are addressed and traceable before UAT, coordinating with QA and business teams to ensure readiness
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria
Communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and team members
Monitor project progress, identify risks and proactively recommend solutions to ensure successful delivery

Requirements
6-14 years of experience in business analysis
Expertise in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering and Stakeholder Management
Proficiency in BRD and FRD documentation
Knowledge of P&C Insurance
