Position: Winshuttle with LSMW and ABAP

Role Description  This is a full-time remote role for a SAP LSMW, ABAP Data Migration with Winshuttle specialist at Zora Technology Inc. The role involves designing and executing data migration strategies using SAP LSMW, ABAP, and Winshuttle, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and loading of master and transactional data. The individual will collaborate with business and functional teams (including SAP FICO and other modules) to understand requirements, analyze existing business processes, and define data standards.

Day-to-day tasks include creating and maintaining migration scripts, performing test cycles, troubleshooting data issues, and documenting processes and technical specifications. The role also includes supporting cutover activities, monitoring data loads, and providing post-migration support to ensure data integrity and smooth system operation.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Business Process design and optimization, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP data migration solutions.
WINSHUTTLE is critical.

- Need candidates with Winshuttle and LSMW experience
Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex data sets, identify data quality issues, and propose corrective actions.
Experience in Consulting environments, including stakeholder communication, requirement gathering, and solution presentation.
Hands-on experience with SAP FICO and familiarity with related SAP modules to ensure accurate migration of finance and controlling data.
Expertise in Master Data concepts, governance, and maintenance across key SAP objects (such as customer, vendor, material, and GL accounts).
Practical experience with SAP LSMW, ABAP programming for data migration, and Winshuttle for data loading and automation.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation or data migration project is highly beneficial.
