Diploma or ITI Production Technician; Assembly

Position: Diploma or ITI based Production Technician (Assembly)
Role Overview :
The IoT Machine Production / Assembly Associate will support the assembly, integration, testing, and quality checks of IoT-enabled machines and devices. The role involves working with mechanical parts, electrical wiring, and electronic modules in a production or assembly-line environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of IoT machines as per work instructions
Perform basic wiring, sensor installation, and module mounting
Assist in functional testing and basic troubleshooting of IoT devices
Ensure proper integration of controllers, sensors, power units, and communication modules
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety guidelines
Identify defects or issues and report them to the production supervisor
Support packaging, labeling, and preparation of finished units for dispatch
Maintain cleanliness, tool discipline, and organization on the production floor

Qualifications:

ITI or Diploma  in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related trade
Freshers are preferred
Basic understanding of tools, wiring, and assembly processes
Willingness to learn IoT systems, sensors, and embedded devices
Preferred

Skills:

Exposure to manufacturing or assembly-line environments
Basic knowledge of electronics, sensors, and control panels
Ability to follow technical drawings, diagrams, or instructions
Team-oriented attitude with attention to detail and quality
