Job Responsibilities:

Vendor Management & Development

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for various packaging materials.
- Maintain strong working relationships with existing suppliers for timely and quality deliveries.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and lead times effectively.

Procurement & Planning

- Forecast and plan material requirements in coordination with production and inventory teams
- Issue purchase orders and track delivery schedules
- Maintain optimal stock levels to support smooth production and avoid delays

Quality Assurance & Compliance

- Ensure all packaging materials meet internal quality standards and specifications
- Work with QA team and vendors to resolve any material quality issues
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations

Cost & Process Optimization

- Explore eco-friendly and cost-effective packaging options in line with the brand’s sustainability

Documentation & Reports

- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, supplier contracts, and pricing

Skills & Competencies

- Attention to detail, with strong planning and coordination abilities
