Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Sales Executive role based in Coimbatore. The Store Sales Executive is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them in selecting suitable 92.5 silver jewelry pieces. Daily activities include explaining product features and pricing, managing billing and packaging, and ensuring displays and showcases are neat, secure, and visually appealing. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, handling basic inventory checks, and coordinating with the store team to meet sales targets.
The Store Sales Executive also responds to customer inquiries, manages after-sales support, and upholds store policies and brand standards.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle customer queries professionally.
Sales and retail skills, including product presentation, upselling, and achieving individual and store-level sales targets.
Basic numerical and billing skills, with comfort using point-of-sale systems and handling cash and digital transactions accurately.
Good communication skills in relevant local and/or regional languages; proficiency in English is an advantage.
Attention to detail in product handling, display maintenance, and store cleanliness, with a focus on safety and security of jewelry items.
Prior experience in jewelry, fashion, or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory; a strong interest in jewelry and design is beneficial.
Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, and collaborate effectively within a store team.
Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail, sales, or customer relations is a plus.
