Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail sales based in Coimbatore,chennai,Erode. The role involves assisting customers with purchases, providing exceptional service tailored to individual needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include maintaining in-depth knowledge of jewelry products, showcasing merchandise, building relationships with clients, and offering a high-quality shopping experience in line with the standards of Kirtilals' legacy.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Retail Sales with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Comprehensive knowledge of diamond and gold jewelry products to effectively assist customers.
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure positive shopping experiences.
Excellent Communication abilities to build rapport with diverse clientele.
Prior experience in luxury retail or jewelry sales is a plus.
Proficiency in English and local languages for effective interaction is desirable.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
