• Full‑time 1st shift.

• Administer medication to residents according to care plan.
• Perform treatments assigned by physician’s orders within scope of practice.
• Accurately report and record residents’ condition and care, including signs/symptoms indicative of change.
• Perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long‑term care experience preferred but not required.

• Must have an active LPN license for the state of Connecticut.
