• Delivering exceptional customer service as the face of Mackey's
• Leading by example and mentoring team members
• Managing inventory control processes with precision
• Operating equipment including forklifts (training provided)
• Creating inspiring product displays and merchandising
• Supporting both in-store and online order fulfillment
• Contributing ideas to improve our operations

• A passion for customer service and problem-solving
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Desire to learn and master new skills
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic retail environment
• Availability to work one weekend day per week (with one regular weekend day off)
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (we provide training)

Our retail environment is dynamic and engaging. The role requires:

• Active movement including reaching, bending, and lifting
• Handling products weighing 5-50 lbs
• Adapting to seasonal changes in product offerings and weather conditions
• Extended periods of standing or walking between breaks
• Operating in both traditional retail and e-commerce fulfillment environments
