As a warehouse associate you will partner with multiple teammates to receive, stock, display, merchandise, and maintain the best retail environment possible. Your work will include preparing freight for deliveries, loading delivery vehicles, unloading shipments and reconciling incoming shipments.

Mackey’s is a fast paced retail environment that involves continuous interaction with customers, team members, and the ongoing evolution of the store. Responsibilities require active movements that include reaching, bending, and lifting. Product weights range from 5 – 60 lbs., with occasional variances due to product condition. Seasonality of the business and corresponding product offerings involves the exposure to varying temperatures and allergens.

Environment requires spending a prolonged period of time on her or his feet, standing or walking, continuously between breaks.

• Experience working in a warehouse or bulk material handling environment
• Experience working with equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks
• Customer service, cashier, accounting office and/or service desk experience, particularly in a retail setting
• Use effective communication skills; demonstrating empathy and respect for others at all times
• Experience leading a team or project

Must be 18 years or older
