Permanent / Full-time Salary: £27-30,000 DOE Are you a Payroll Coordinator looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for a constantly evolving and forward-thinking company? This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has end to end payroll experience ideally high volume.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and input of payroll data Minimum wage compliance checks Payroll reconciliation Pensions administration and auto-enrolment assessments Production and distribution of payslips, P45s, and P60s Generation and distribution of payroll reports Calculation of average holiday pay for variable pay staff Maintenance of payroll filing and electronic records Handling pay-related queries from staff Preparation and distribution of overtime templates Maintenance of mileage records for company vehicles Monitoring payroll KPIs across group companies Submission of payroll statistics to the Office for National Statistics Any other duties as assigned by the Assistant Payroll Manager or Group Payroll Manager

Skills and Experience:

payroll experience, including starters, leavers, statutory pay and leave Strong attention to detail and accuracy Up-to-date knowledge of PAYE/NIC regulations Experience handling pay-related queries Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines under pressure Strong communication skills across all levels of the business
