Position: Executive Assistant to the HR Coordinator

Support the daily operations of the Human Resources Department by providing high-quality administrative, organizational, and customer service support. This role ensures efficient workflow, accurate recordkeeping, and a welcoming point of contact for staff, applicants, and community members.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; related college coursework preferred
  • Minimum of two years of administrative support experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and Google platforms; comfort learning HR systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities
Position Details
  • Full-time, 12-month position, 30 hours/week
