The Pre‑Tenancy Administrator is responsible for managing the administrative process of new tenancies and re‑lets, ensuring that all compliance checks, documentation, and contracts are completed accurately and on time. The role supports the smooth onboarding of tenants, reducing void periods and protecting the business from compliance risk.

: £28,500 OTE per year - Working Hours
: 8:30 am to 6 pm, Monday – Friday (Saturdays as needed, time off in lieu) - Reference

- Manage pre‑tenancy checks (AML, Right‑to‑Rent, etc.)
- Prepare and issue tenancy agreements and supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Coordinate with Residential Letting agents, Property Managers, landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure readiness for move‑in
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Attention to detail – accuracy in documents and compliance checks
- Organisational skills – manage multiple cases with competing deadlines
- Communication – clear, professional interaction with all parties
- Compliance knowledge – understanding of statutory requirements
- IT proficiency – comfortable with CRM & document management systems
- Customer focus – providing excellent service to landlords and tenants
- Teamwork – collaborative approach, supporting managers and colleagues
- Professionalism – honesty, integrity, accountability
- Continuous learning – commitment to development
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)

30 days paid annual leave includes bank holidays – day in lieu if you work the bank holiday.
