The RoleThe primary responsibility of this position is to provide administrative support to a national operations hub, ensuring activities run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be expected to work professionally, following agreed policies and procedures while living the organisation’s values.
A key part of the role is collaboration with multiple teams, supporting continuous improvement and increased automation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the national hub, including a variety of IT system processing activities and handling inbound calls to assist with database enquiries.
- Manage high volumes of work effectively, maintaining accuracy and efficiency while adapting to tasks with differing service levels.
- Take a proactive approach to obtaining additional data where information may be incomplete, and monitor queried items through to resolution.
- Complete initial and ongoing training to maintain high quality standards across existing and new activities, building knowledge and skills.
- Identify and feed back process improvement ideas, adopting a continuous improvement mindset.
- Work with colleagues across the wider division to help automate tasks wherever possible.
- You’ll enjoy solving complex business problems, working with talented colleagues and bringing an innovative, solutions-focused mindset to your work.
- Happy in an Administrative position long term, this is not a 'foot in the door' type position for someone looking to develop in their industry
- Educated to GCSE level in English and Maths
