Position: Business & Digital Employer Coordinator

We are seeking a Business & Digital Employer Coordinator to join our team.

In this role you will provide essential coordination and administrative support to the Employer & Student Engagement Manager, helping to deliver T Level industry placements and a range of work-based learning opportunities across the Business, Digital and Accounting area. You will coordinate employer and learner communications, maintain accurate records and data, support compliance and reporting requirements, and work closely with internal teams to ensure placements and engagement activities run smoothly.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong communication and IT skills who is passionate about supporting learners, building employer relationships, and contributing to positive progression outcomes.

About the role:

To provide administrative support for the coordination of T Level placements and work-related activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reviews and databases for learners, employers, and departmental activities. Support the development and maintenance of employer engagement records on CRM platforms. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies. Support promotional activities and communications related to T Level and other programmes. To assist in the collection, monitoring, analysis, preparation, and presentation of performance data, providing feedback to line management.

Experience:

Minimum 12 months experience of working in a busy administrative environment. Minimum 12 months experience within a customer service role. Essential

Qualifications:

Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics GCSE 4 or C and above / CSE Level 1 / O-Level C or above / Level 2 Adult Numeracy or Literacy or equivalent. Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel to an intermediate level. NVQ 3 (or equivalent) in Customer Service or Administration. Why join us?
