Temporary Finance Assistant

Temporary (2-3 Months) Pay: £12.71 - £14.00 per hour DOE

Hours:

40 hours per week Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm (30-minute lunch) Friday: 8:00am - 3:00pm (1-hour lunch)

Ideally 27th July We are seeking a Temporary Finance Assistant to support our busy Finance Department for a 2-3 month period. This role will provide vital day-to-day support to a small finance team, helping to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Key Responsibilities Processing supplier invoices Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes Reconciling supplier statements Resolving supplier queries Assisting with payment runs General finance administration Supporting wider office administration as required About You Previous experience within a finance department Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Good Microsoft Excel and IT skills Able to work independently and as part of a small team

Experience with accounting software, ideally Sage 200 This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant or Purchase Ledger Clerk looking for an immediate temporary assignment within a supportive and friendly team.
