Planning Coordinator

Just Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and expanding business on the outskirts of Colchester in their search for a Planning Coordinator.

In this varied role, you will work closely with customers and colleagues across the business to coordinate schedules, resolve delivery queries and support the smooth running of the planning and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide general administrative support to the Planning Team

* Assist with production planning, scheduling and workflow coordination

* Communicate with customers regarding orders, schedules and deliveries

* Help resolve delivery queries and respond to changing requirements

* Liaise with internal departments to ensure essential planning information is shared accurately and promptly

* Maintain accurate information across internal systems

* The ability to manage multiple customer conversations and tasks efficiently

* Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal business systems
