Office-based role – Colchester

Full-time Monday
- Friday 9am – 5.30pm

£26K per annum

Nolan Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing business in Colchester to recruit a Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Duties:

* Processing customer orders accurately, ensuring correct pricing and product codes

* Coordinating deliveries and organising transport

* Acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email

* Supporting Field Sales Managers with quotes and order queries

* Liaising closely with internal departments, including warehouse and logistics teams

* Assisting with general administration to keep operations running smoothly

The ideal candidate:

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

* Confident communication skills and a customer-focused approach

* Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across teams

* Previous experience in a sales support, admin, or coordination role would be advantageous
