Salary: £14.17 - £14.99 per hour plus £30 per sleep in

• Basic salary of £14.17 - £14.99 per hour plus £30 per sleep in
• 224 hours of paid annual leave per annum
• Working on a rota basis – monthly rota 4 weeks in advance
• 40 hour week across 2-3 shifts per week for a good work/life balance
• 365 day a year job, including Christmas, New Year and holidays
• Shifts consist of long hours and sleep ins; hours vary by home

• Meet the needs of children and young people in line with Ofsted regulations
• Plan team rotas and support the Deputy and home manager in meetings and appointments
• Assist the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager with the implementation of the Statement of Purpose
• Carry out all other reasonable tasks as directed by the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager
• Supervise in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager
• Welcome a diverse culture in the home
• Create a safe, family environment for the children

• Must be at least 21 years old due to Ofsted regulations
• Driving preferred, though not essential depending on home location

• Refer a friend payment scheme
• Enrolment in workplace pension scheme after three months of employment
• Progression path:
  Support Worker – Team Leader – Deputy Manager
• Overtime paid at 1.25×
• Fully paid 10‑day induction course
• Enhanced DBS paid for by Cambian Group
