Responsibilities
- Deliver project management and contract administration duties
- Undertake site and condition surveys with detailed reporting
- Provide defect diagnosis and remedial advice
- Manage refurbishment and maintenance projects
- Advise on party wall and dilapidations matters
- MRICS Chartered status
- Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
- Minimum two years post‑qualification experience
- Experience across project and professional surveying work
- Technical understanding of compliance and refurbishment projects
- £55,000 - £68,000 base salary
- Discretionary annual bonus
