£13.50 - £14.50 per hour (£31,500 - £34,000 per annum) + Overtime at 1.5x Pay + Training + Progression

Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a construction operative to join the team at their site near Colchester. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing stock levels, quality and health and safety standards. You will be required to work alone and as part of a team, levelling concrete and carrying out heavy lifting tasks when needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to keep on their toes, be active and make a difference within an expanding business.

• Ensuring all health, safety & quality standards are adhered to

• Experience with in the construction, civils or heavy engineering sector is desired
• Keen to develop your skills
