SITE MANAGER/SUPERVISOR REQUIRED in Colchester, Essex
Rate: £2500 - £300 per day.
Role:
Site Manager needed to oversee asbestos removal and installation of new windows and doors.
6 weeks work – Start ASAP.
Requirements- CSCS Black Card (Preferred), SMSTS (Essential), Fire Marshall, First Aid
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong understanding of building processes.
- DBS
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, suppliers, and team members at all levels.
- Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
