Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyors | Major UK Water Infrastructure Programme | Suffolk & Norfolk

I'm working with a leading consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyors, from project level up to Associate, to support the delivery of a major coastal infrastructure programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on technically challenging projects that will play a key role in securing future water resilience across the East of England.

You'll be responsible for providing commercial support across the full project lifecycle, working closely with multidisciplinary teams on complex civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

• Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy or client-side environment
• Experience in the water sector
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of NEC3/NEC4 contracts
• Experience delivering major infrastructure or utilities projects
• Excellent commercial management, cost reporting and change control skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities

Experience with in water, utilities, highways, rail, energy, nuclear or other major infrastructure sectors would be highly advantageous.

Location: Suffolk & Norfolk & Colchester (hybrid working available)
