Our Client are looking for a site manager to manage a new build residential project in Colchester, this is an initial 12 week temporary role leading to a permanent contract on successful 12 week duration
The Site Manager will deliver a high-quality, new-build residential care home from inception to handover. You will maintain full site ownership, ensuring the project remains on schedule, within budget, and compliant with all safety and sector-specific building standards.
Key Responsibilities- Trade & Subcontractor Management:
Manage and coordinate all trades on-site, aligning workflows to maintain strict build schedules. - Site Health & Safety:
Act as the principal safety officer on-site, enforcing strict health, safety, and environmental regulations.
