SOCOTEC UK Ltd is seeking a proactive Building Inspector to join our Building Control team. You will inspect construction sites, advise on regulatory requirements and collaborate with architects, builders and developers to ensure safe, compliant buildings.
As a Registered Building Inspector, you will oversee RBIs and trainees, enforce Building Regulations, and provide consultancy and documentation to support compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022. A strong CPD background is expected.
