Clacton-on-Sea Remuneration: £50,000 - £52,000  £10,000 - £12,000 bonus Benefits:
Fully expensed hybrid or electric company car OR car allowance  full benefits package The role of the Quantity Surveyor Composite Building Productswill involve:
Quantity Surveyor role working on a range of projects utilizing a high quality range of GRP Composite and aluminium building products Manage project costs from initial estimating and tender through to final accounts, ensuring projects remain commercially viable Prepare and manage BOQs, tenders, valuations, cost reports and cash flow forecasts, identifying risks and cost variances Administer contracts including NEC, JCT and/or FIDIC, managing variations, claims, disputes and contractual obligations Work closely with clients, contractors and internal teams, providing commercial advice and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships Monitor project performance and deliver value engineering, supporting investment decisions and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Typical project would include: infrastructure, developments, high rise office space, residential high rise or block of flats / apartments The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor Composite Building Productswith:
