Mersea Homes, a successful family-run regional house builder operating across North Essex, is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Estimator/Surveyor to join our Commercial team. You will prepare take-offs, cost estimates and budgets for residential developments, and support pre- and post-contract activities.
We welcome someone with experience in house building or residential construction, a good grasp of construction methods and materials, and strong IT skills (Excel, COINS/Bluebeam preferred).
