A leading regional theatre in Colchester is looking for a Talent and New Work Producer to collaborate with the Artistic Director and Senior Producer. You will be responsible for delivering an ambitious talent development program and contributing to new works.
This role offers the opportunity to work with emerging artists and engage with exciting projects, including national tours. Applications are due by 10:00am on Tuesday, 10 March 2026, with interviews scheduled for 18 March 2026.
