Research & Development Assistant

Just Recruitment is working with a well-established business based near Colchester looking for a Research & Development Assistant to join their busy studio. You will play a key role in supporting the studio's day-to-day operations, helping to manage workload priorities while contributing creatively to projects from concept through to installation.

Duties include:

* Organising and prioritising daily studio workload
* Researching concepts and developing creative ideas
* Creating mood boards and design presentations
* Producing artwork using Adobe Creative Suite
* Supporting the team with general studio coordination

Skills & Experience Required:

* A strong interest and background in art/graphics
* Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
* Confident using Microsoft Office software
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Able to work independently and use initiative Own transport essential due to location
