Travel Service Partner – Asda Travel Money
Location: Colchester
Hours: 16 per week
Pay: £13.50 per hour + monthly bonus
Contract: Permanent, Part Time
- Welcoming customers, building relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
- Understanding each customer’s needs and helping them with their travel money requirements.
- Applying training to provide expert advice on products and services, converting interest into sales.
- Consistently working towards and exceeding team sales targets.
- Processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately in a fast‑paced environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the team to drive performance, deliver excellence, and celebrate teamwork.
- Adhering to company processes and paying attention to detail to ensure everything stays on track.
- Strong communicator with a passion for outstanding customer service.
- Active listener who understands customer needs and creates a positive experience.
- Positive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to tackle challenges.
- Team player ready to learn, grow, and develop within the organization.
