We're looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a fast‑paced role where you'll coordinate transport movements, solve problems in real time, and play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to customers across the UK.

The Role

As a Customer Service & Operations Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our daily operation. Working closely with customers, drivers, and suppliers, you'll ensure every movement is delivered efficiently, professionally, and with the highest levels of service.

Success in this role comes from maintaining excellent communication, staying organised under pressure, and proactively resolving issues before they impact the customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage daily transport movements efficiently
  • Monitor live jobs and proactively resolve issues or delays
  • Liaise with customers, drivers, and suppliers to provide timely updates
  • Ensure all movements comply with company procedures and UK transport regulations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and system records
  • Support the wider operations team in delivering service excellence
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service levels, and operational performance
About You
  • Have experience operations, or customer service
  • Remain calm, organised, and decisive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Are an excellent communicator, both over the phone and via email
  • Enjoy solving problems and finding practical solutions
  • Are comfortable using Microsoft Office and business systems
  • Take ownership of your work and have a strong attention to detail
  • Care about delivering exceptional customer experiences
