Customer Service Advisor

Location: Colchester

Salary: £24,785 (pro‑rata) + generous quarterly bonus (OTE up to £28,570 pro‑rata)

Hours: Full‑time or part‑time available (flexible between 8am–6pm, including core hours of 10am–2pm, plus occasional Saturdays)

You would need to be available for full time training for at least 2 weeks. This would be Monday - Friday 9am‑5pm from 10th August 2026.

• Handling inbound and outbound calls in a busy contact centre environment
• Supporting customers with new business quotes; supporting sales along with general inquiries, and dealing with property insurance queries
• Delivering a highly customer‑focused service every time
• Balancing sales, retention, and productivity targets

Bonus is paid quarterly based on performance across sales, retention, and productivity.
