Berry Recruitment has partnered with a large organisation in Colchester to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer. You will be the main contact between residents and project teams, visiting homes, addressing works updates, and managing safeguarding concerns with excellent interpersonal skills.
You will maintain a project tracker, work with the client and representatives, respond to complaints per the customer care process, and utilise IT to keep records.
