Mercury Theatre in Colchester is seeking enthusiastic Customer Experience Assistants for our Autumn/Winter season. You will welcome visitors, guide and seat audiences, and assist in the café bar and event delivery, helping to spread Christmas sparkle and cheer.
Experience in customer-facing roles is helpful, but full training will be provided. You should be customer-focused, organised, and above all, enthusiastic and welcoming.
