Customer Service Executive to join our client based in,

Sudbury, Suffolk on a temp to perm basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing. The role will initially be a

temporary position for up to 12 weeks and for the

right candidate will go permanent!

We have over 40 years of experience supporting businesses with temporary and temp-to-perm roles. Over the last 12 months, we have placed over 200 candidates into permanent positions!

The role is to be the point of contact on site for their Export customers and distributors from processing the order onto the system until goods have been despatched from the factory. This is a full-time role,

Monday
- Friday, day shift. The starting pay rate is

£15.94 per hour.

• Processing orders onto SAP
• Working with credit control to check any outstanding payments
• Working closely with warehouse, production and ensuring requirements are met
• Deal with all enquiries
• Advice shipping information and documentation

• Previous customer service experience and experience using SAP
• Practical, hands‑on, and detail-oriented
• Flexible and willing to learn new tasks within the department
• Own transport is essential due to the location
