First Response Administrator

In particular, we are one of the leading providers of legal insurance in the UK.

We are looking for a First Response Administrator to join our busy team in Colchester.

The First Response Administrator will be the first point of contact on behalf of the business dealing with a wide variety of calls, web chats and emails from our clients and customers.

Day to day activities:

• Answer calls within contractual service level agreements, directing callers to appropriate people and resolving questions and issues.
• Action emails and deal with correspondence within service level agreements.
• Handle customer inquiries both telephonically, email and web chat in a courteous and helpful manner and ensure that all information is obtained and communicated correctly.
• Sign post customers to relevant departments calmly and professionally.
• Understand and embrace the concept of “excellent customer service”

Strong customer service skills are essential, a background in Insurance Claims would be an advantage, but is not essential, as full training is provided. Candidates possessing a strong work ethic and the attitude to learn and develop will do well here.
