Customer Service Coordinator

Just Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and expanding business on the outskirts of Colchester in their search for a Customer Service Coordinator.  

The role involves regular communication with customers via telephone and email to gather all necessary delivery and installation information. You will be responsible for accurately updating the planning systems.

This is a varied, customer-focused position that requires excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make regular outbound calls to customers to obtain required delivery and installation information

* Respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner

* Maintain clear and positive communication with customers throughout the planning process

* Update planning schedules and CRM/ERP systems accurately

* Ensure customer and project information remains complete and up to date

* Liaise with internal departments to share essential planning information

* Help identify and resolve missing or conflicting information that could affect planned work

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Confidence speaking with customers over the telephone

* A positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach

* Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal business systems

* The ability to work collaboratively in a busy, fast-paced environment
