Your day-to-day

Take architectural projects from concept through to construction, owning the process end to end

Produce detailed drawings and models in Revit and AutoCAD, backed by strong technical detailing knowledge

Prepare construction documentation and keep planning/building regs compliance watertight

Get out on site - monitor progress, quality, and design intent in person

Be the calm, confident voice in client and contractor negotiations

Coach and develop junior architects, helping shape the next generation of the team

Juggle timelines, budgets and multiple live projects without missing a beat

Bring concepts to life visually using Adobe Creative Suite

What you'll bring

ARB and RIBA qualification, with 5+ years' UK post-Part III experience

Confident across AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite

Solid grasp of planning processes, building regulations and technical construction detail

A track record of leading projects from concept to completion

Strong negotiation and client-facing communication skills

Comfortable managing several projects at once, with the tools to prove it
