Your day-to-day

• Take architectural projects from concept through to construction, owning the process end to end
• Produce detailed drawings and models in Revit and AutoCAD, backed by strong technical detailing knowledge
• Prepare construction documentation and keep planning/building regs compliance watertight
• Get out on site - monitor progress, quality, and design intent in person
• Be the calm, confident voice in client and contractor negotiations
• Coach and develop junior architects, helping shape the next generation of the team
• Juggle timelines, budgets and multiple live projects without missing a beat
• Bring concepts to life visually using Adobe Creative Suite

What you'll bring

• ARB and RIBA qualification, with 5+ years' UK post-Part III experience
• Confident across AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite
• Solid grasp of planning processes, building regulations and technical construction detail
• A track record of leading projects from concept to completion
• Strong negotiation and client-facing communication skills
• Comfortable managing several projects at once, with the tools to prove it
