Are you a visionary designer with a sharp technical edge? We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Architect to take the reins on innovative projects from initial concept right through to completion.

YourKey Responsibilities
- Design & Delivery Leadership:
Lead and coordinate architectural design processes, ensuring total compliance with client briefs and industry standards. - Technical Documentation:
Develop detailed architectural drawings/models and oversee the preparation of comprehensive construction documentation. - Collaborative Management:
Act as the primary bridge between clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams—utilising effective communication and negotiation to align project objectives. - Project Controls:
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently using modern project management tools to deliver multiple projects simultaneously. - Site Supervision:
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce quality control, and ensure construction aligns perfectly with design intent. - Mentorship:
Provide guidance and inspiration to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development. - Visual Communication:
Utilise Adobe Creative Suite to produce stunning presentation visualisations and conceptual designs.
- Qualifications:
ARB/RIBA registration with a minimum of 5 years post-Part III UK experience. - Software Expertise:
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of UK planning applications, building regulations, construction processes, and intricate technical detailing.

Skills:
Demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully with clients and contractors to achieve favourable project outcomes. - Leadership Mindset:
Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and a passion for mentoring junior talent.
