Senior Architect
Location:
Colchester Salary: £50,000 - £65,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplined consultancy who provide architectural and planning services to the residential and commercial sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Architect to hit the ground running for their team in Colchester.

- Lead and deliver on residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare quotations and tender submissions
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other external team members
- Produce detailed drawing packages, specifications and construction documentation
- Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achieved
- ARB registered
- Significant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
- Experience managing and delivering residential and commercial projects
- Strong experience working across all RIBA work stages
- Proficient with AutoCAD
- Experience managing a team in a previous role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Live within a commutable distance to the Colchester area
